When purchasing the whole oil, filter element, washing oil, rope, closing hydraulic oil tube oil plug, a steam pump, empty oil drum, etc. Lift the mechanical boom for oil change to the highest point. After receiving the inner point at bucket Rod and bucket, the engine goes out.
Release all the hydraulic oil in the tank, withdraw hydraulic filter cartridge, disassemble the pipeline between the pump and the oil tank from the pump interface position, release the oil in the pipeline, wash the hydraulic oil tank and the pipeline with washing oil, wipe the inside of the fuel tank with medical gauze, knead the flour to the degree of stretchable surface into three parts, stick the inside of the hydraulic fuel tank with dough for three times, and pay special attention when wiping the corners and filter tube of the fuel tank, hydraulic oil tank and within filter tube should be thoroughly cleaned.
Each hydraulic piston pump on the crushing hammer has an oil Flushing Port. Unscrew the upper and lower oil discharging ports, release the hydraulic oil in the pump shell, screw on the oil plug below the pump, and fill the pump shell with oil washing from the oil feeding port, screw off oil plug below the pump, release the washing oil in the pump shell of the crushing hammer, wash repeatedly, then use the steam pump to blow off the remaining liquid in the pump shell, fill it with clean hydraulic oil, and tighten it by oil plug.
Change the seal ring of the oil inlet of the pump, connect the hydraulic oil tank to the oil supply pipeline of the pump, and fill the hydraulic oil tank with clean hydraulic oil from the hydraulic filter cartridge oil inlet.
These positions are the preparatory work that should be done before replacing hydraulic oil with the breaking hammer. Only when every step is done properly can the machinery be kept in a good working state, only in this way can the service life be effectively prolonged.
