Power source analysis of breaking hammer

Update Time:20/10/12 08:30:10

We all know that breaking hammer is much more profitable than ordinary bucket excavator, but many excavator bosses are still unwilling to install breaking hammer, mainly because breaking hammer is too harmful to excavator, and the working environment is very bad and dusty, many excavator bosses are unable to do proper maintenance and maintenance work, which leads to frequent failures in excavator and greatly reduces the service life.
The power source of the breaking hammer is the pressure oil from the hydraulic pump of excavator, which drives the pressure oil into the crusher. After the energy release of the nitrogen chamber, the piston is pushed down rapidly, thus realizing the striking work. It has been further developed on the basis of pneumatic hammer, with hydraulic pump as the main power source and hydraulic oil as the working medium, and it is a crushing tool that converts hydraulic energy into mechanical impact energy, the reciprocating motion of the piston is driven by liquid pressure to do work, and the external output energy is used for work.
When working, the hydraulic power of excavator is received through the valve system, pushing the piston to move towards the tail of crusher, and compressing the nitrogen in the nitrogen chamber at the same time to accumulate energy. When the piston moves to the specified position of the tail, the valve adjusts to the hydraulic direction, pushing the piston to move in reverse direction, and meanwhile, the nitrogen expansion pushes the piston to move downward together, hitting drill rod to realize the crushing function.
Check whether the relevant bolts are loose and whether the connecting pins are excessively worn. Check whether the gap between drill rod and bushing is normal and whether there is oil leakage in the pipeline. During the whole use period of the crushing hammer, butter should be regularly and quantitatively beaten to avoid excessive wear of vulnerable parts, so as to prolong the service life.
